Greenhill Logistics Center

Greenhill Logistics Center is a master planned industrial park located in Tulsa, OK. The first phase of the project is a 393k SF cross-dock building. Estimated completion date is Q4 2024.

The building will feature state-of-the-art specifications, including:

• 36’ clear height

• ESFR sprinklers

• 7” reinforced slab

• 60mil TPO roof with R-20.5 rigid insulation

• 130’ concrete truck courts with 55’ trailer stalls

• Pad-mounted transformer for 4000 AMP service
