Brian Heitman

Prior to joining Blue Road Investments as a a controller, Brian worked at CIO Realty in Dallas, TX. Brian has worked in commercial real estate for over 20 years and brings extensive expertise in commercial finance to benefit his clients. Since 2004, he has personally owned and managed a sizable residential portfolio in the greater Dallas area. His experience includes working as a controller at various companies including TGS American Realty, St. Ives Realty and America’s Resource and Technology. Brian has a strong accounting and entity structure knowledge along with a deep understanding of entity tax issues.

Brian graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and holds a graduate degree in Effective Business Management from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. Brian currently lives in Dallas, TX and his hobbies include golf, restoring Mercedes Benz automobiles and he is an active member in the Mercedes Benz Club of America.
